Job summary

Stantec in New Zealand seeks a Senior Revit Designer / Team Lead to drive accurate digital documentation for building services projects. You will lead BIM coordination, mentor junior staff, and support continuous improvement in delivery processes.

You will coordinate Revit, CAD and digital delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high quality output and timely delivery. The role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or related field.
Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit and digital delivery methods for building services projects.
Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day coordination of Revit and digital delivery activities across building services projects.
Manage team workloads by reviewing project demands, balancing priorities and allocating work.
Coordinate with Delivery Manager, discipline leads and project leaders on pipelines, resourcing and risks.
Assess team capability and capacity, identify training, mentoring and development opportunities.
Support consistent digital delivery practices, including model coordination and quality checks.
Act as a trusted technical contact, guiding the team and maintaining cross-disciplinary collaboration.
