Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand Wellington delivers end-to-end projects across feasibility, design, construction, and operation, specialising in data centres and healthcare. As a Revit Designer, you will develop digital delivery models and drawings, supporting multi-disciplinary teams across Civil and Building Services.

You will bring NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD/Drafting, advanced Revit CAD skills, and proven ability to lead or mentor, ensuring quality and reducing rework while

Qualifications

• NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects.
• Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework.
• Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and technical coaching.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams; 2 years’ experience in building services with digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.

Responsibilities
