The role blends strategic analytics with hands-on delivery, involving cross functional collaboration with Retail Optimisation, Workforce & Analytics, and Demand Planning teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering performance-focused outcomes in complex retail, grocery, or large-scale operations.
• Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations that drive business results.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leaders and store network.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical workstreams from problem definition to insight and recommendations.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve performance, labour productivity, and costs.
• Advise senior stakeholders with clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
• Support stores with targeted analysis to improve outcomes.
• Coach and mentor analysts to raise analytical standards and capability.
• Contribute to evolution of reporting frameworks and centralised services.
