Foodstuffs North Island is seeking an experienced Commercial Insights & Optimisation Manager to steer smarter decision-making across our Wholesale business. You will lead the Insights team, transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, and ensure reporting supports our Owners and leadership teams.

You will drive opportunities to simplify reporting, improve efficiencies, and enable self-service tools for broader business stakeholders. A strategic, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Foodservice or FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen in large organisations.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead Insights team and develop Senior Insights Analyst.
• Deliver insights to support growth and strategy.
• Rationalise reporting and improve data accessibility.
• Lead commercial analysis for range reviews and supplier negotiations.
• Partner with Data, Analytics and SAP teams to enhance systems.
• Present insights to senior leaders including Wholesale Leadership Team.
