You will influence senior leaders and store owners, delivering performance improvements, labour productivity, and cost efficiency through advanced analytics and strategic reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead complex analytical workstreams from problem definition to insights and implementation.

Translate data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Support stores with targeted analysis and data-driven recommendations.
Coach analysts and raise analytical standards across the team.
Contribute to evolving reporting and centralised analytical services.
