Job summary

Kirimana is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus exclusively on permanent recruitment from our Auckland office. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established permanent recruitment portfolio while developing your own specialist market across construction management and professional services.

You'll work with clients ranging from specialist contractors through to established national businesses, recruiting professional, technical and management-level positions

Qualifications

• Experience in permanent recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates via direct sourcing and networking.
• Grounding in client relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage permanent recruitment assignments from initial client briefing through search, interview, offer negotiation and placement
• Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and existing relationships
• Develop new business through client meetings, calls, networking and identifying recruitment opportunities within your market
• Build genuine knowledge of your specialist sectors, including key employers, projects, salaries, candidate movements and market conditions
• Take ownership of your portfolio, pipeline, revenue and the quality of service you provide to both clients and candidates
