Qualifications

• Seasoned Property Finance professional with deep commercial and property finance expertise.
• Strong risk judgement and ability to structure complex lending solutions across property sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Property Finance customers including investors and developers.
• Develop understanding of customers’ businesses, property strategies and growth objectives.
• Structure and deliver property finance solutions across investment lending, development finance, acquisition funding, construction facilities and working capital.
