Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Property Finance or Commercial Banking portfolios.
• Strong understanding of commercial property markets and development cycles.
• Proven ability to structure complex lending transactions.
• Experience originating new business and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Property Finance customers through proactive relationship management.
• Structure and deliver property finance solutions across investment, development and construction lending.
• Develop deep understanding of customers' businesses and growth objectives.
• Prepare high-quality lending submissions and monitor credit risk and asset quality.
