Job summary

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) in Auckland seeks a senior Property Finance professional to manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized property clients, including developers and investors. You will lead credit submissions, structure loans and oversee deal execution while maintaining strong client relationships and market presence.

You will balance growth, risk management and portfolio performance in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Finance, Corporate Banking or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach others and influence senior stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in banking, finance, accounting, commerce or law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized Property Finance clients.
• Develop and execute a clear prospecting strategy.
• Lead credit submissions for complex property-related transactions.
• Lead the implementation and oversight of deal execution relating to credit facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries and market advocates.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture by sharing insights and coaching colleagues.
