Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project documentation, reporting and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning and delivery of construction projects.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Monitor project timelines and track progress against plans.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Assist with procurement processes, including quotations, PO, invoices.
• Support project budget tracking and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
• Collect and analyse data and report on outcomes.
