Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• Solid understanding of NZ building codes, compliance frameworks, and H&S legislation.
• Familiarity with local council consent processes (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from coordination and scheduling to final completion.
• Lead subcontractor management, labour planning, and material procurement.
• Monitor budgets, report on progress, and identify potential cost or time variances.
• Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients to address challenges quickly.
• Maintain strong project momentum while balancing safety, compliance, and quality.
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure workmanship and safety standards are consistently met.
