Job summary

Construction Project Manager

AEM HOLDING LIMITED Location: Auckland Pay Rate: NZD $53.00 - $55.00 per hour Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week

AEM HOLDING LIMITED is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects across Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing subcontractors, monitoring budgets and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, organising and directing construction projects from commencement through to completion.
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and external contractors.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, councils and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing project specifications, contracts and construction documentation.
• Monitoring compliance with building regulations, health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Managing project costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Applicants must have either:

• A relevant NZQF Level 6 qualification (or equivalent overseas qualification); or At least three years of relevant industrial experiences.

Employment Details

Full-time permanent position. Minimum 30 hours per week. Hourly rate: $53.00 - $55.00 per hour depending on skills and experience. Work will be based in Auckland and may require travel between project sites.
