Job summary

Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) is seeking a Project Finance Manager to support the Te Awaparahi Bay Port Expansion. You will own project reporting, forecasting, cash flow, capex and financial risk, partnering with project managers and central finance to ensure clean, decision-ready information.

With a hands-on role across governance and asset capitalisation as the project moves toward business-as-usual, you’ll translate complex numbers into clear insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting and commercial experience
• CAANZ membership or equivalent overseas professional body membership preferred
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with tax and asset capitalisation, asset accounting experience desirable
• Experience on large infrastructure projects or within an infrastructure environment advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own project reporting, forecasting, cash flow and capex for the Te Awaparahi Bay Port Expansion
• Provide commercial advice, review project costs and commitments and support governance forums
• Ensure financial information is accurate, transparent and fit for decision-making
• Support asset capitalisation, project close-out and transition of financial records to the wider business
