Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking a senior Project Controller to join our Hawke’s Bay team, based in Napier. You will drive cost, programme, reporting and risk across complex civil projects, collaborating with project teams to keep deliveries on track and enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years’ experience in civil engineering project controls; strong planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement and risk management.
• Proven experience with forecasting, productivity analysis, earned value reporting and commercial controls.
• Confident communication, analytical thinking and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
• Solid systems capability, including spreadsheet and project controls tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

About the role

We’re looking for a senior Project Controller to join our Hawke’s Bay team, based out of our Napier office. In this role, you’ll help drive good work across complex civil projects by bringing clarity to cost, programme, reporting and risk. You’ll work closely with project teams and leaders to keep projects on track, spot issues early and support smart decisions before small problems turn into bigger ones. This is a role for someone experienced, commercially sharp and confident working across both detail and big-picture delivery.
