Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Napier, Hawke's Bay seeks a senior Project Controller to drive cost, programme, reporting and risk across complex civil projects.

You’ll work with project teams to keep programs on track, identify issues early and support commercial decision-making. This role suits someone highly experienced, commercially sharp, comfortable switching between detail and big-picture delivery.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of civil project controls experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost management and risk skills.
• Experience with forecasting, earned value and commercial controls.
• Excellent communication and cross-team relationship building.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and project controls tools; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting for civil projects.
• Support cost control, earned value reporting, cashflow forecasting and CTC analysis.
• Manage change control, trend analysis, scope changes and project close-out.
• Contribute to risk management and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with project teams to strengthen reporting and controls.
