Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking a senior Project Controller to join our Hawke’s Bay team, based in Napier. You will drive cost, programme, reporting and risk across complex civil projects, collaborating with project teams to keep deliveries on track and enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years’ experience in civil engineering project controls; strong planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement and risk management.
• Proven experience with forecasting, productivity analysis, earned value reporting and commercial controls.
• Confident communication, analytical thinking and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
• Solid systems capability, including spreadsheet and project controls tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting across civil projects.
• Support cost control, earned value reporting, cashflow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Manage change control, trend analysis, scope changes, variations and project close-out activities.
• Contribute to risk management, delay analysis and mitigation planning to protect project outcomes.
• Work side by side with project teams to strengthen systems, improve reporting and lift project controls capability.
