Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Napier, Hawke's Bay, seeks a senior Project Controller to drive cost, schedule and risk across complex civil projects. Based in our Napier office, you will work closely with project teams to keep programs on track and support decision-making.

The role requires 12–15+ years in civil project controls, strong forecasting, earned value reporting and commercial controls, plus solid systems experience with CCS, MS Projects, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in civil project controls environment.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost management and risk management.
• Forecasting, earned value reporting and commercial controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting across civil projects.
• Support cost control, earned value reporting, cashflow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Manage change control, trend analysis, scope changes and project close-out activities.
• Contribute to risk management, delay analysis and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with project teams to strengthen systems and reporting.
