Job summary

Aderant is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex implementations for mid-to-large law firms. You will own delivery across consulting, technical delivery, data migration, and integrations in multi-workstream programs.

Based in Auckland, you will manage scope, budget, and client relationships, while guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This 12-month fixed-term role requires strong stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline.

Qualifications

5+ years delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
Experience owning delivery outcomes in client-facing environments.
Knowledge of legal finance processes (GL, AR, Billing, Time).
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools in delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Aderant solutions across the full project lifecycle.
Be accountable for delivery outcomes including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client acceptance.
Establish and maintain auditable project plans, governance structures, and artefacts.
Own RAID management, proactive risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
Enforce disciplined change control to capture and approve scope variations.
Act as primary client delivery lead and escalation owner across programmes.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams across Consulting, Technical, Cloud Ops, Data, and Product.
