Fluid Recruitment Limited is partnering with a Wellington-based legal tech business to hire a Legal Consultant for the Customer Experience team. If you're a lawyer who enjoys direct client engagement and seeks a dynamic, tech-enabled role, this opportunity is for you.

You will blend legal expertise with project delivery, mapping requirements to the platform and leading end-to-end implementations while engaging senior stakeholders to deliver real value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Strong analytical ability to apply legal knowledge commercially.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with multiple projects.
• Genuine interest in legal technology, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through legal compliance best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to form trusted partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from planning to delivery.
• Conduct compliance profiling with strong legal analysis.
• Map legal content to people, teams and functions using the platform.
• Prepare reports for leadership on legal risk and regulatory change.
• Contribute to improving customer journey processes and internal systems.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
