Job summary

Slalom NZ is seeking a Principal, Client Delivery in Auckland to lead complex, large-scale programs from discovery to closure. You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, manage project financials, mitigate risks, and mentor a team across Azure, AWS, and Salesforce environments.

You will drive client outcomes, shape delivery strategy, and collaborate with alliance partners to deliver high-value solutions for cross-sector customers.

Qualifications

• Enterprise delivery experience with program management from inception to rollout.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with Azure/AWS and Salesforce and integration points.
• Ability to shape client expectations and deliver on time.
• Strong client relationship, trust, and communication skills.
• Experience leading transformational programs in consulting.
• Led cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, consultants, and QA.
• Risk anticipation and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to grow delivery capabilities and pursue new opportunities.
