Job summary

Generate KiwiSaver Scheme is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager in Auckland CBD to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, translate customer insights into roadmap, and collaborate with Technology, CRM, Distribution, and CX teams to deliver high-impact products. You will mentor peers and drive innovation through AI-enabled capabilities to enhance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management with a strong record of delivering customer-centric products from concept through to launch.
Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives and improve the user experience (UX).
Hands-on experience collaborating with software development teams to scope, plan, and deliver new product offerings.
Client-facing experience with a strong customer service orientation, ensuring products meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.
Confident using digital tools and willing to learn and adopt approved AI tools to improve productivity, quality and ways of working.
