The Access Group in New Zealand seeks an experienced Product Manager to shape Tradify's digital product suite. You will use insights and data to inform clear briefs that enable the Product Owner and the cycle team to deliver great outcomes in an AI-augmented environment.

You will collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality software that improves customers' lives and remains engaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product management or equivalent.
• Proven ability to shape roadmaps and briefs based on insights and research.
• Experience applying AI tools to inform decisions while maintaining human judgment.

Responsabilités

• Understand business objectives and how product strategy aligns with them.
• Develop product plans and briefs leveraging AI and research insights.
• Own outcomes by ensuring work is prioritized and delivered to users.
