Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Auckland seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive digital transformation projects for clients in a consulting context. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape product strategies, and ensure delivery of customer-centric, measurable value in complex corporate environments.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Experience, Engineering and Data teams to develop market-ready offerings, create roadmaps, and provide clear governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management within consulting environments.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to clients driving digital transformation.
• Own and manage the product backlog; clarify needs and priorities.
• Develop business process maps and artefacts with cross-functional teams.
• Lead creation of product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks.
• Prepare proposals, estimations, risk assessments, and progress reports.
