Fisher Funds, a leading New Zealand investment firm, is seeking a Product Lead to join our Digital Technology team. You will shape and deliver digital products, services, and experiences that support clients and staff, working across strategy, discovery, and execution.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to prioritise initiatives, drive outcomes, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful value.

Qualificações

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or digital delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of digital products, customer experience, and process improvement.
• Experience working within Agile environments and digital technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing competing priorities.
• A proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Owning and prioritising product backlogs to align with business objectives and client needs.
• Leading digital initiatives and product delivery from discovery through to implementation.
• Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Analysing user adoption, performance, and value realisation across digital channels.
• Coordinating delivery teams and removing barriers to successful execution.
• Facilitating workshops and requirements gathering activities.
• Supporting solution design, business case development, and change management planning.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
