Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Process Improvement Specialist for a remote contract role near Queenstown. The ideal candidate will drive process enhancements across manufacturing and operations, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methods.

Strong data analysis, process mapping, and remote collaboration are essential. The position requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, 5+ years in process improvement, and certifications (Green/Black Belt)

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in process improvement, operational excellence or industrial engineering.
• Lean and Six Sigma with certifications (Green/Black Belt) are highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and improve industrial processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and other CI methods to develop optimization plans.
• Map processes, run time-motion studies, and quantify benefits.
• Build business cases and implementation roadmaps for improvements.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and drive change remotely.
• Coach staff on CI techniques and monitor KPI impact.
• Lead workshops, document SOPs, and ensure safety/quality alignment.
