We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support rapid global growth by hiring across technology, sales, marketing and specialist roles. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, build high-value pipelines, influence leadership decisions and deliver a standout candidate experience across New Zealand, Australia

Qualifications

• Five+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally across multiple countries and markets.
• Strong proactive sourcing, market mapping and talent-pipeline capability.
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management across functions, markets and time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience using recruitment data and ATS tools.
• Experience recruiting in scaling businesses or agritech is advantageous.

As eShepherd scales across markets and functions, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the teams behind its next stage of growth.

About The Role

Help build the team taking eShepherd’s virtual fencing technology to the world. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with eShepherd leaders to find and secure the talent needed to fuel its next stage of global growth.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across technology, sales and commercial, marketing, and specialist roles, combining proactive sourcing with smart, market-led hiring strategies. More than filling vacancies, you’ll shape talent pipelines, influence decisions and create an experience that makes exceptional people want to join eShepherd.

This is a visible, hands-on role with real impact. Working across New Zealand, Australia and other international markets, you’ll anticipate future capability needs, strengthen eShepherd’s employer brand and help a fast-moving global business scale with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technology, sales and commercial, marketing, and specialist roles, delivering the talent eShepherd needs to scale
• Design agile, market-led recruitment strategies that keep pace with a fast-growing, globally distributed business
• Identify and engage hard-to-find talent through targeted sourcing, professional networks and proactive market mapping
• Build high-value talent pipelines that give eShepherd earlier access to the capability needed for future growth
• Create a standout, responsive candidate experience that builds trust and brings the eShepherd opportunity to life
• Turn talent, competitor and market insights into confident workforce and hiring decisions
• Champion eShepherd’s employer brand and develop targeted attraction campaigns for different roles and talent markets
• Use recruitment systems, data and technology to remove friction, improve visibility and deliver stronger hiring outcomes

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• At least five years’ end-to-end talent acquisition experience, ideally recruiting across multiple countries and markets within a complex global environment
• Strong proactive sourcing, market mapping and talent-pipeline capability
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills across functions, markets and time zones
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies, ambiguity and changing priorities without losing momentum
• Strong communication, organisation and commercial judgement
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment data and sourcing technology
• A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience recruiting in a scaling business or agritech environment would be advantageous
