BNZ Napier, Hastings & Havelock North branches seeks an ambitious Senior Partner to lead a team of full-service Bankers across the Napier, Hastings and Havelock North locations. You will drive branch performance, build strong community connections and deliver outstanding customer service, while guiding strategic plans with the regional leadership team.

You’ll proactively build connections and relationships within the local community driving new business for both consumer and small business customers. **What does a day in the life of an Senior Partner Personal Banking look like?** * Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction.* Ensuring meaningful, consistent, and engaging customer experience to every BZN customer.* Lead collaboration between the Branch/Partner/Private network to ensure a co-ordinated approach to market opportunities in the region and wider Retail Network.* Working in consultation with the Head of Branch/Region, to develop and implement annual business plans which facilitate the achievement of the team, financial and business targets. **What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?** We are looking for a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, who can challenge the status quo to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the team.
