Job summary

BNZ is seeking a Small Business Partner in Hamilton to support complex business customers with practical banking advice and tailored lending solutions. You will manage a portfolio, grow relationships, and connect clients with BNZ specialists to help their businesses succeed.

You’ll build strong networks in the local community, understand client needs, and promote responsible lending and credit quality while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous business banking experience and strong lending knowledge.
• Understanding of small business operations and financials.
• Ability to create new opportunities via networks and referrals.
• Ability to interpret financial information and judge lending risk responsibly.
• Sound judgement and understanding of credit risk.
• Strong collaboration with specialists to deliver seamless banking solutions.
• Mandarin/Cantonese language skills would be valuable for diverse customers.
