BNZ in Wellington is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Core Ledger Replacement domain through a fixed-term engagement through to October 2028. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate across architecture, engineering, data and testing, and partner with stakeholders to navigate complexity and risk.

They will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing significant dependencies and risks, resolving delivery challenges and maintaining momentum against demanding timelines. Having worked on a similar project in a banking environment will be advantageous. **What technical skills are required for this role?**Strong understanding of end-to-end technology delivery, from solution design and build through integration, testing, release and implementation. Strong integrated planning and dependency management skills across multiple technology teams and platforms. Experience managing delivery across architecture, engineering, integration, data, environments and testing disciplines. Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including managing delivery across multiple squads or teams. Strong risk, issue, dependency and critical-path management, with the ability to quickly identify and address threats to delivery.
