Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (L4) to ensure managed services remain operational by proactively managing, overseeing, and resolving escalated incidents. You’ll work across multiple domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, or Collaboration) and contribute to project work as required.

The role emphasizes reviewing client requests, applying technical knowledge for rapid resolutions, and maintaining SLA adherence while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with managed services and cross-technology infrastructure.
• Proficiency with incident management and SLA adherence.
• Strong knowledge of IT standards and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents and requests within SLA.
• Provide fourth-line support with root-cause analysis.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with other engineers.
• Coordinate with teams and clients; act as emergency support contact when needed.
• Support changes, automation initiatives, and disaster recovery activities.
