Job summary

2degrees is seeking a Senior MarTech Engineer to build and optimise data foundations, integrations and APIs powering personalised customer experiences. You will work across Braze, Snowflake and AI-enabled decisioning platforms to ensure customer data is trusted, connected and ready to drive engagement at scale.

Based in Auckland, you will partner with Marketing Automation, Data and Technology teams to solve complex challenges, improve data quality and enable advanced segmentation and journeys

Qualifications

• Experience in Martech Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience working with customer data, APIs, integrations and modern data platforms.
• Hands-on with SQL and large-scale customer datasets.
• Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar customer engagement technologies.
• Knowledge of Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Python or other languages used for automation, integration and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise data foundations, integrations and APIs powering customer engagement.
• Work across Braze, Snowflake and AI-enabled decisioning platforms to ensure data is trusted and connected.
• Collaborate with Marketing Automation, Data and Technology teams to solve challenges and improve data quality.
• Enable sophisticated segmentation and customer journeys through data pipelines and automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
