Job summary

Trade Me seeks an senior marketer to lead the Lifecycle Team, evolving Braze as a core product and automation enabler for Kiwi customers. You will bridge Marketing, Product and Engineering to drive growth through lifecycle programs and high-value actions.

You will build a centre of excellence for lifecycle, coach leaders, and embed data-led journeys across all verticals, leveraging AI to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of deep marketing automation and lifecycle experience.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical playbooks and execution blueprints.
• Strong leadership with coaching mindset for team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lifecycle Team and shape Braze usage across Trade Me.
• Co-own the vision and roadmap for customer communications with senior data/Martech.
• Stand up a centre of excellence for lifecycle and marketing automation.
• Define customer journeys across property, car, job, and marketplace searches.
• Map data-led journeys with Product and Marketing.
• Coach and develop Lifecycle Leads across verticals.
• Champion AI in daily tasks to reduce manual toil.
