Job summary

Super Group in New Zealand is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the country’s marketing strategy, overseeing acquisition, engagement and retention across channels. You’ll manage budgets, forecast performance, and collaborate with local and central teams to align with business goals.

Reporting to the Head of Country - NZ, you’ll mentor the local marketing team, optimize campaigns, and build partnerships to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications.
• 5+ years' marketing experience with campaign management.
• Strong digital marketing and SEO knowledge.
• Experience in the New Zealand market.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
• Experience managing third-party agencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasting and performance.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to align with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor local marketing and acquisition team.
• Track and analyse campaign performance and provide optimisation insights.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Build relationships with partners to drive growth alongside central channels.
• Drive TV strategy for NZ entry to increase awareness and acquisition.
