Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including campaign management.
• Strong digital marketing and SEO knowledge.
• Experience within the New Zealand market.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
• Experience managing third-party agencies and external marketing partners.

Responsibilities

• Own annual marketing budget and forecast.
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee allocation and managing of annual and monthly budgets.
• Lead and mentoring local marketing and acquisition team with a high-performance environment.
• Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations in optimizations.
• Prepare detailed reports for key stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Create and nurture key relationships with existing and new partners to generate growth with a centralised acquisition channel.
• Approve commercial negotiations and onboarding new marketing deals.
• Work operationally in all marketing channels within the business to optimise ROI for the market.
• Work with the acquisition marketing administrators to ensure core processes are adhered to.
• Work across departments to align country strategy and meet business objectives.
• Support Head of Country/Central acquisition teams’ budget and cost control to achieve ROI requirements.
• Drive key processes such as conversion, product enhancements and marketing offers forward.
• Develop TV strategy for entry in New Zealand to drive awareness and acquisition.
