Job summary

The NZ technology business is recruiting for Head of Marketing to shape global marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and lead international campaigns from Hamilton. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive demand, growth and scalable marketing capabilities across markets.

Ideal candidates bring senior marketing leadership across international markets, a strong track record of brand growth in technology-enabled businesses, and expertise in global go-to-market

• Experience building marketing capability and leading teams through rapid business growth.
• Creative, collaborative and adaptable approach in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to support ambitious growth objectives.

• Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns across established and emerging markets.
• Partner with global Sales and Product teams to drive demand generation and customer growth.
• Build scalable marketing capabilities, systems and processes to support international expansion.
