Job summary

Tracksuit is seeking a Senior Customer & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the post-sign journey for our global marketing team. You will map the journey, build it in HubSpot, run tests, and craft emails and in-app messages that drive value and renewals across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lifecycle or customer marketing in B2B software.
• Ability to design and run customer journeys across multiple markets.
• Strong written communication for busy professionals.
• Proven ability to run controlled experiments and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey end-to-end from onboarding to renewal.
• Build and manage the journey in HubSpot, including triggers, suppression and subscriptions.
• Write emails, in-app messages and educational content to drive usage and renewals.
• Run tests with control groups and scale successful approaches.
• Create templates and guardrails so regional teams can communicate consistently.
