Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Student Readiness Coordinator (Work-Integrated Learning) to join the newly established Akura - Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Hub within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic). This is a permanent full-time position.
In this role, you'll lead initiatives that prepare and support students for internships, placements, practicums, and other work-integrated learning opportunities. Working closely with student support services, faculty WIL teams, course staff, and student representative groups, you will lead initiatives that enhance student readiness, wellbeing, and success.
Key responsibilities
You will be a motivated, student-focused professional with experience supporting diverse learners and creating positive educational experiences. You will bring excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills and be committed to inclusive practice and student success.
