Job summary
Deloitte NZ is seeking a senior delivery professional to shape and grow its Organisation & Workforce Transformation practice. You will work with senior leaders to design, deliver, and scale leadership development solutions across health and broader sectors.
You will build trusted client relationships, translate workforce needs into tailored programmes, and lead cross‑functional delivery with a focus on impact, equity and Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years’ experience at Manager level in health, workforce, or business development
- Desirable tertiary qualification in people, leadership, workforce, or business
- Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder health environments and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Proven commercial acumen including business development, partnerships, proposals and contracts
- Experience leading teams and delivering multi-stakeholder programmes
- Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels
- Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build trust and deliver solutions
- Ability to analyse complex information and develop strategic, practical outcomes
- Interest or experience in AI and emerging technologies shaping leadership
