Job summary

Deloitte New Zealand is seeking a Director in Organisation and Workforce Transformation in Auckland. You will lead large-scale engagements, shape workforce transformation strategies, and guide client leadership through complex change initiatives.

You will collaborate with partners and teams across Deloitte’s network, driving growth, excellence, and innovative solutions for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading at director level in consulting or advisory services.
• 15+ years in organisation/workforce transformation and related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation and workforce transformation work with senior client leaders.
• Help clients decide on organisation design, operating models and workforce planning.
• Design practical approaches to adoption and capability building.
• Lead workshops and sessions with executives and teams.
• Manage complex programs including scope, quality and resourcing.
• Build strong client relationships and identify value opportunities.
• Provide executive counsel to senior stakeholders.
• Lead proposals and commercial discussions.
• Share perspectives on workforce trends, AI and data.
• Coach and develop team members across levels.
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams locally and globally.
• Contribute to Leadership Team of Human Capital and annual strategy.
