Job summary

Deloitte New Zealand is seeking a Manager in Organisation & Workforce Transformation to lead leadership development and transformation engagements across health and broader sectors. You will work with senior leaders, design bespoke programmes, and grow partnerships while embedding capability into multi-stakeholder projects.

This role focuses on delivering high‑quality leadership solutions, building durable client relationships, and driving measurable impact for Health NZ and related sectors.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience at Manager level in health, workforce or business development roles.
• Desirable tertiary qualification in people, leadership, workforce, or business.
• Strong networks within clinical communities and credibility with clinicians.
• Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in health leadership.
• Commercial acumen including business development, partnerships, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver programmes across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels, from clinicians to executives.
• Interest in how AI and emerging technologies reshape leadership

Responsibilities

• Grow and scale leadership offerings across public and private sectors.
• Build trusted client relationships with executives and senior leaders.
• Design and deliver leadership development programmes and workshops.
• Develop partnerships, pricing strategies, proposals, and contracts.
• Embed leadership capability into broader transformation engagements.
• Represent Deloitte’s leadership practice at sector forums and events.
