Job summary

NetNZ seeks an experienced educational leader to join its senior leadership team as a full-time senior leader. The role operates across a distributed online network of kura, driving strategic outcomes and operational momentum in partnership with another senior leader.

You will hold oversight across strategic domains, regional liaison responsibilities where relevant, and contribute to the leadership, strategy, and daily functioning of the network.

NetNZ is a collective of schools who work together to enable high quality, networked, online learning opportunities for ākonga of participating kura. A small leadership team is employed in partnership with our schools to lead the networked environment that sits across the kura. One of our member schools will employ the successful candidate in the interests of the wider network.

This is unique opportunity to work in a highly innovative, distributed environment across schools. We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and visionary educational leader to join our senior leadership team as a full-time senior leader. Working in partnership with the other senior leader, the successful applicant will drive operational momentum and strategic outcomes across key organisational domains. Each senior leader holds oversight responsibility across agreed strategic domains and, where relevant, a regional liaison role while contributing collaboratively to the wider leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day functioning of the organisation.
