Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development within large-scale transformation or digital initiatives.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and evaluation models to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver learning initiatives on time and within budget in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the learning approach for Te Au Reka.
• Oversee planning, scoping, design and delivery of sustainable learning pathways.
• Collaborate with Learning Lead, Change and Process teams, and stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals.
• Influence stakeholders and drive high-quality learning initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
