Job summary

The Wellington-based Senior Advisor for Learning and Development is a fixed-term, full-time role (34 months) within the Te Au Reka programme at Te Tāhū o te Ture - the Ministry of Justice. You will lead the development and delivery of learning approaches for diverse learner groups across the justice sector.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in learning and development, particularly within large-scale transformation or digital initiatives.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and an up-to-date understanding of best practices, trends, and innovations in Learning and Development, with a proven ability to develop learning approaches and evaluation models to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with a proactive, adaptable approach - able to deliver high-quality learning initiatives on time and within budget in a fast-paced, complex environment.
