We're growing — Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead
A little update from TPI Studio...
I advertised a junior interior design position last week, expecting to bring someone into the studio to support our growing workload.
Since then, things have moved rather quickly!
The project pipeline has developed significantly, and the work currently coming through requires a more experienced designer who can take ownership of projects and work alongside me across design development and delivery.
So, I'm changing the role.
I'm now looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead to join TPI Studio.
This is not a graduate or entry-level position. I'm looking for someone with solid industry experience who is confident working independently, managing projects and taking responsibility for delivering high-quality interior design.
TPI Studio is a small, design-led practice working across retirement living, hospitality, residential, workplace, commercial and healthcare projects.
You'll work directly with me across a varied portfolio, with genuine involvement in:
I'm looking for someone who is experienced, proactive, organised and confident taking ownership, with a strong eye for design and an understanding of how good ideas translate into well-resolved, buildable projects. Strong Revit, Adobe creative suite and rendering skills are prefered.
Whats on offer
I'm looking for NZ‑based designers with strong local project experience.
If you're an experienced interior designer who is looking for something a little different from a large practice — and you'd like to be part of building something small, ambitious and design-led — I'd love to hear from you.
