Job summary

An established architectural studio in Auckland, Archway Recruitment is seeking an Architect or experienced Architectural Graduate to join their team. Youll work across concept design, detailed design, coordination and documentation on a mix of multi-unit residential and commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity to contribute throughout the full lifecycle of projects and take on meaningful responsibility within a close-knit, design-driven studio that values technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect or architectural graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience on medium-large scale residential and/or commercial projects.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Knowledge of BIM is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, technically sound work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to mix of multi-unit residential and commercial projects across concept design, detailed design, coordination and documentation.

Our client is a well-established, design-driven architectural studio with a strong technical reputation and a growing pipeline of work across New Zealand. Their Auckland office is a small, highly skilled team working closely across all project stages to deliver well-considered and technically robust architectural solutions.

They are now looking for an Architect or experienced Architectural Graduate to join the team. You'll contribute to a mix of multi-unit residential and commercial projects, working across concept design, detailed design, coordination and documentation.

What you'll bring

• Registered Architect or experienced Architectural Graduate
• Experience working on medium-large scale residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong Revit capability (essential)
