Job summary

TPI Studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead to join its design-led practice in Auckland (Takapuna base). This is not entry-level — you will own projects, lead design development, and deliver high-quality interiors across retirement living, hospitality, residential, workplace, commercial and healthcare sectors.

You will work directly with the Director on a varied portfolio, taking responsibility for concept, documentation and client coordination while shaping a growing

Qualifications

  • Solid industry experience in interior design; not graduate or entry level.
  • Ability to lead projects from design development to delivery.
  • Experience with Revit and rendering is preferred.
  • NZ-based with local project experience.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and design development.
  • Project leadership and day-to-day delivery.
  • Interior layouts, elevations and joinery.
  • FF&E, finishes and material selections.
  • 3D modelling and visualisation.
  • Documentation and specifications.
  • Consultant and supplier coordination.
  • Client presentations and meetings.
  • Project programming and quality control.
