Job summary

BNZ is seeking an Integration Developer to join the Customer360 Integration team. The role focuses on delivering scalable integrations, driving platform optimisation, and collaborating with stakeholders across the programme.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing and developing Java and Spring Boot services, including REST APIs, integration patterns, and secure service-to-service communication.
• Engineering Excellence with focus on quality, maintainability, performance, observability, and security; knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, AWS, Kubernetes, and API gateway concepts.
• Collaborative with strong communication and stakeholder engagement to deliver pragmatic technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outcomes - Design, develop, configure, and enhance Integrations solutions that deliver business outcomes while maintaining enterprise standards for quality, security, and performance.
• Technical Problem Solving - Investigate complex business and technical challenges, define solutions, and contribute to system design decisions.
• Delivery & Continuous Improvement - Work within agile delivery teams to build and release new features, improve existing capabilities, and drive ongoing platform optimisation.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing - Partner with business and technology stakeholders across the programme by contributing to technical discussions and coach others.
• Production Support & Operational Excellence - Participate in platform support activities, helping diagnose issues and improve system reliability.
