Job summary

Grand Casino in Dunedin seeks a senior systems engineer to own the infrastructure and OT services, reporting to the CIO. You will operate key platforms, drive improvements, and work with partners to raise resilience and security across the estate.

You will lead incident response, change management and documentation, while guiding vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable, compliant solutions in a regulated hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure or senior OT roles.
• Proven production environment ownership and hands-on Windows/VM expertise.
• Experience implementing cyber controls, vulnerability management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day server, storage, network, identity and cloud services.
• Lead technical improvements and drive automation, monitoring and runbooks.
• Maintain change control, incident management and problem resolution.
• Document architecture, diagrams and knowledge transfers for repeatability.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams on delivery and security.
