Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive platform improvements, and act as the technical owner for key infrastructure services in a complex, enterprise environment spanning on‑premises and cloud.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience managing enterprise ICT environments.
- Ability to lead senior operational support and complex initiatives.
- Proven track record in automation, standardisation and modern engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, management, optimisation and support of enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and service impacts.
- Deliver infrastructure projects and platform improvement initiatives.
- Drive automation and standardisation to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering maturity across the team.
- Govern and document operations to maintain best practices and security.
