You'll work closely with internal teams, community organisations, iwi, government agencies, and support providers to ensure customers receive the right support at the right time. You'll also play an important role in mentoring and supporting Housing Support Managers, sharing your expertise and helping build capability across the team. Based in Northcote, you'll regularly visit customers in their Kāinga Ora homes, attend stakeholder meetings, and travel throughout the local area to support customers and strengthen community partnerships. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives while contributing to stronger outcomes for our customers, whānau, and communities.
